So if you want to return an item, the item must meet the following conditions to be eligible for an exchange or a return.

  • The article purchased online must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • The item must never have been used or washed.
  • The item must be new and ready for resale.
  • The invoice, the packing slip, as well as the e-mail confirmation of Bulzai Golf during the online purchase is essential for your exchange or return to be accepted.

If the item you have purchased has a manufacturing defect, Bulzai Golf agrees to exchange it free of charge. Shipping costs will be borne by Bulzai Golf. However, if you do not like the product or it is not the right size (applies to clothing, gloves), you will have to fully assume the cost of delivery and insurance when returning the package. We suggest you get the tracking number when shipping your items.

Bulzai Golf reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return if the conditions mentioned above are not respected.

All prices on the Bulzai Golf website are in Canadian dollars and we accept payments by Paypal, MasterCard & Visa.

Product Availability
Product availability may be subject to change between the time an online order is placed and executed. Customers will be notified if there is a problem with the order.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you choose when paying for your items. You will be able to track your order at any time with the tracking number provided to you by Purolator, upon confirmation of your order.

The delivery methods are:

  • Purolator Standard: 3 to 7 business days, including in-store processing times.
  • Purolator Express: 2-3 business days, including in-store processing times.
  • Recover by yourself: You can pick up your items at our Repentigny branch.

Important:
These delivery times may be higher if you live in a remote location.

Shipping pricing is based on the size of the item, its weight, the type of delivery and your address.

We offer a discount on delivery rates if you purchase multiple items. The total price will be automatically adjusted on the invoice when you pay online.
